I'm wondering if they'll have this at their merch table at their show. Has anybody grabbed any really oddball merch items over the years? Who's old enough to remember Norma Jean's O'God The BBQ Sauce?

Every band teaming up with a brewery to release some sort of 'limited edition beer' is just so wild to me. I don't drink, but I'm interested to know if anybody's been super floored by the beers from Clutch, GWAR, The Bronx, or ETID. It's also kind of funny to see this convergence of beer nerd culture and expansion of band merch to happen right now when most of these older bands have to seriously curb or quit drinking altogether.

Deftones having a consistent new beer and a line of weed now is perfect for that band, even though everyone I know who would ideally be super-cranked on that has been in and out of rehab a few times.
I remember seeing Deftones for the first time in 2008 (when it was still mostly nu-metal people) and being offered a laughing gas balloon from parking lot tailgaters like, 5 times while walking up to the venue.

Fear Factory had actual shoes once. I have no idea how one accounts for all the different foot sizes when doing that, but they did.

Hey, just in time for me to post about on this thread, The World Is A Beautiful Place... dropped a pocket knife. I have no idea what anybody in that fanbase may intend to stab; I suppose it could come in handy.

I just remembered that The Dillinger Escape Plan's top tier merch bundle for Option Paralysis album included, amongst other things, this mini-keychain remote control that could turn on/off any television set from like, 1,000 feet away.
